目前,污水厂常用罗茨鼓风机、沉水式鼓风机、离心式鼓风机、磁悬浮鼓风机等进行污水处理,而磁悬浮风机作为新型的鼓风机,是未来发展的新趋势。

磁悬浮离心鼓风机属于单级高速离心鼓风机的一种,一般选用高速电机、变频器和磁悬浮轴承的一体化结构。电机省去齿轮、联轴器等中间机械增速装置,出力轴与叶轮直联,自动调节风量和风压等输出参数,中间无机械接触,不需要油润滑系统。标准配置包括高速电机、变频器、无油磁性轴承、放空阀、本地控制、安全监控系统和隔声罩,其所有部件集成整体安装在普通底座上,无需特殊固定基础,所以设备体积小、重量轻、安装操作方便,运行时低噪声和无振动控制噪音80dB以下。

磁悬浮单级离心鼓风机,其磁悬浮轴承和永磁同步电动机是其核心技术。磁力轴承应用常导磁吸的原理,用电磁吸力实现转轴悬浮高速稳定的无摩擦运转,同时用位置传感器、功率放大器和PI运算器,对电动机转轴进行实时状态检测、故障诊断并作出调整,其主动控制能力可以有效抑制转轴的不平衡振动,还拥有完备和严格的断电保护措施。永磁同步电动机具有结构简单,体积小、重量轻、高效节能等优点,正逐步取代中小功率的直流电动机、异步电动机变频调速系统磁悬浮单级离心鼓风机在国内已开始使用,运行良好,不随时间的推移而降低效率。虽然设备成本较高,但几乎没有任何维护费用,长期运行还可以省出一笔可观的电费。

当前最大机型的磁悬浮单级离心鼓风机额定风量约为205m3/min,升压为75kPa,一般风量可达170m3/min,风压为35-120kPa,通过变频调速使鼓风机排气量可在50%-100%进行调节,磁悬浮鼓风机基本上都可以满足污水厂的使用。

磁悬浮离心鼓风机效率高、节能、低噪音、无振动等,一次性投入费用较高,但在长期运行过程中节约电耗及维护费用,是未来污水处理行业的主要发展方向。

All its components are integrated and installed on the common base without special fixed foundation, so the equipment is small in size, light in weight, easy to install and operate, and low in noise and vibration free control noise is less than 80dB during operation.

Magnetic bearing and permanent magnet synchronous motor are the core technologies of magnetic suspension single-stage centrifugal blower. The magnetic bearing applies the principle of constant magnetic induction, realizes the high-speed and stable non friction operation of the rotor shaft with electromagnetic suction. At the same time, it uses position sensor, power amplifier and PI arithmetic to detect the real-time state, diagnose the fault and adjust the motor rotor shaft. Its active control ability can effectively restrain the unbalanced vibration of the rotor shaft, and it also has complete and strict power-off protection Measures. Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency and energy saving. It is gradually replacing the small and medium power DC motor, asynchronous motor frequency conversion speed control system magnetic suspension single-stage centrifugal blower in China, which has been used well and does not reduce efficiency with the passage of time. Although the cost of equipment is high, there is almost no maintenance cost, and long-term operation can save a considerable amount of electricity.
