Change of color changing silica gel: when there is no pressure in the pipe, use special tools to unload the drying tube, install the new blue silica gel, and tighten it. The above method is used to check the air leakage at the joint of the dry pipe. If there is, it needs to be reinstalled.
After 3 months' work, the activated carbon in the deoil pipe should be replaced with the specification of 20-40 mesh.
Replacement of silica gel and active carbon note:

In the usual case, after 2 weeks of use of air or nitrogen, the tank must be discharged. If the humidity of the local air is high, the frequency of discharge should be increased. Put the liquid before, start the instrument to the power switch, when the compressor is stopped, turn off the power switch, the hose removed the instrument behind the drainage valve, the waste bottle access, prepared in advance, the drainage valve counterclockwise rotation, the liquid tank will be discharged through the drain hose. Sometimes the liquid has a light yellow grease, which is normal, and the instrument can be used safely. After the drainage is finished, the drainage valve should be closed.
Supplement of compressor oil
During the working process of the compressor, the lubricant will be gradually volatilized. In order to ensure the normal operation of the compressor, it is suggested that the user add lubricating oil on time (3-6 months). The specifications can be referenced to the local engine oil, which is about 50-80 milliliters at a time. Add the compressor oil before the first plate is opened on the right side of the instrument, and then inserted into the air inlet pipe of the compressor oil filled with lubricating oil, open the power switch, soon compressor oil is sucked into the compressor. Note: the granular impurities are not allowed to enter the compressor, otherwise the compressor will be seriously damaged.
In order to ensure the performance, quality and service life of the instrument, the machine should not be used for overflow and overpressure.
