多位哈市人大代表建议,应尽快推进空气净化装置进校园。

学校及幼托机构是青少年及幼儿的主要活动场所,学生每天大约有1/3时间在学校度过,在校期间约90%的时间都是在教室内。雾霾天气使教室的空气受到污染并持久不能净化,即便不是污染天气,教室冬季紧闭门窗也会造成二氧化碳浓度过高问题。

人大代表韩伟建建议,中小学、幼儿园安装空气净化系统,同时建议有关部门出台新建学校、幼儿园等教学设施的空气净化标准,增加学校等教育机构设置空气净化系统的内容和要求;对已建成使用教育设施尽快实现改造,以免影响学生生活学习质量。

人大代表贾秀芳建议,考虑到目前公办幼儿园、小学和中学数量众多,“净化器进校园”一次性到位的预算压力较大,可制定合理计划,分年分批实行。建议先对幼儿及低龄儿童适当加大投入力度,按年龄从小到大,优先保证幼儿园,再逐步实施到小学和初中
