Blower is the lifeblood of steel production. It has the characteristics of large volume of wind, high pressure, fast speed and so on. During operation, there are strong aerodynamic noise, mechanical noise, electromagnetic noise and so on. 1. The blower (including the speed increase gear box) is equipped with a Hanks sound insulation cover. The sound insulation cover of mechanical ventilation can reduce the noise from 20 to 25dB (A), and the natural ventilated sound insulation cover can reduce the noise about 15 to 19dB (A).
2. The muffler installed at the inlet and outlet can reduce the noise of the suction port by 20 to 35dB (A).
3, the pipeline noise control in the outer wall of the pipe is coated with a layer of loss in the large damping material, the damping layer outside a layer of light tight porous materials, and finally make a layer of wire mesh cement shell as insulation layer. This process can normally reduce noise 10dB (A). For sound insulation is more demanding and cushion thickness of 2mm lead in the absorption material, using 1mm galvanized steel shell, sound insulation capacity of up to 18dB (A).
