鼓风机是钢铁生产的命脉,它具有风量大、压力高、转速快等特点。在运作时,进风过滤房、风机、电动机以及进风、出风管道各部位立即产生强烈的空气动力噪声、机械噪声、电磁噪声等。鼓风机站噪声控制将高炉鼓风机站产生的放风噪声、风机噪声和电动机噪声保持在一定范围的过程,是炼铁噪声控制的重要组成部分。

Blower is the lifeblood of steel production. It has the characteristics of large volume of wind, high pressure, fast speed and so on. During operation, there are strong aerodynamic noise, mechanical noise, electromagnetic noise and so on. 噪声源主要有以下方面:

The main sources of noise are as follows:

a.鼓风机本体噪声。包括空气动力性噪声和机械噪声。

A. blower's Noumenon noise. It includes aerodynamic noise and mechanical noise.

b.电动机或汽轮机噪声。

B. motor or steam turbine noise.

c.吸气口噪声。

C. suction mouth noise.

d.管道噪声。来自所连接的鼓风机、阀门以及管道受气流冲击、摩擦等所产生的空气动力性噪声.

D. pipe noise. The air power noise produced by air blast, friction and so on comes from the air blower, valve and pipe connected.

e.排气口噪声。鼓风机在启动或因高炉操作需要而排气时,在排放口高速气流与大气强烈混合产生喷注噪声。

E. exhaust port noise. When the blower is started or exhausting because of the need of the blast furnace operation, the jet noise is produced by the strong mixing of the air flow with the air at the outlet.

鼓风机噪声控制方案:

The noise control scheme of blower:

1、鼓风机(包括增速齿轮箱)加装汉克斯隔声罩。机械通风的隔声罩可降噪20~25dB(A),自然通风的隔声罩可降噪约15~19dB(A)。

1. The blower (including the speed increase gear box) is equipped with a Hanks sound insulation cover. The sound insulation cover of mechanical ventilation can reduce the noise from 20 to 25dB (A), and the natural ventilated sound insulation cover can reduce the noise about 15 to 19dB (A).

2、在进、出风口安装消声器,可降低吸气口噪声20~35dB(A)。

3、管道噪声控制,在管道外壁涂一层内损耗大的阻尼材料,在阻尼层外面紧附一层轻质多孔吸声材料,比较后再做一层钢丝网水泥壳作为隔声层。这样处理一般可降噪10dB(A)左右。对于隔声要求更高的结构是在吸声材料间加垫2mm厚铅板,外壳用1mm镀锌钢板,隔声量可达18dB(A)。
